I am personally convinced that one person can be a change catalyst, a "transformer" in any situation, any organization. Such an individual is yeast that can leaven an entire loaf. It requires vision, initiative, patience, respect, persistence, courage, and faith to be a transforming leader.
I believe the most obvious example is Steve Jobs, who turned Apple around to what it is today. This is the fact that no one can deny. However to be a transforming leader is easier said to be done, and I believe that you also need an incredibly thick skin.
One person can change the world. This is something that we can take away.
